2. Measurement
If purchasing a custom sail product simply fill out one of our measurement forms. Custom mainsail, mizzens, jibs, genoas, staysails, spinnakers and sail covers require a measurement form to be filled out.

3. Production
Once the measurement, shipping and billing information is complete your sail will receive an approximate ship date. Your sail will then travel from design to production and then finally shipping the department.

4. Delivery
The shipping department is one of the busiest departments for Cruising Direct sails. Once a sail is received at the North Sails headquarters in Milford, CT, it will be prepared to ship and then shipped directly to the address that you provided. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, please make sure that your salesperson is notified.
