#1.Snuffer arrives fully packaged
and ready for use!

# 2. Unshackle the ends of the snuffer/ sock
from one another.

**Be aware that the interior shackle can
get pulled back into the sock.**

#3. (optional) Tie a sail tie to
the shackle inside the snuffer/ sock
to prevent the loss of the shackle.

#4. Find corner of gennaker
marked "HEAD" (left.)

#5. Attach sail to snuffer.
Remove sail tie.

#6. Load the sail into the snuffer/sock.
When the sock is pulled all the way down,
both the clew and the tack should extend
below the snuffer collar.
